"Sonrise Fence Company was able to put up the fence I requested on a challenging backyard with unfinished landscaping. I appreciated that I could call or text the salesman Chase with any questions, as well as the Foreman for the fence installation Corey. I also liked the fact that when I first called up and left a message (as well as emailed) with my initial request for a fence quote, I was called back right away by Jennifer. (I have called and left messages for other construction businesses and often never hear back.) The final product is sturdy and attractive.

I would suggest that when they send out a salesman to give a quote, they also send out a foreman or one of the fence builders to look and see if there are any challenges that need to be addressed before they put up the fence so things won't get delayed.

Overall, I recommend their business and would use them again.

"S & D Brushworks did a phenomenal job painting the interior of our new home. David and his team were extremely professional and always showed up on time, ready to go. They were able to transform our house into an amazing home with the repainting of every room, floor to ceiling. They also did an amazing job preparing the area with protection paper and tap seeing as we just had new wood floors, molding and carpet laid down. David's father was like an artist with the finishing work on our oak kitchen cabinets, giving them a wonderful antique white finish. There was nothing negative to note about their services. I look forward to using them again for any of our painting needs."

As the job progressed and the landscape gave us some curve balls, both Tom and his team had solutions and worked with me to make sure that changes were to my liking. "I purchased a "deal" -4 hours of dry wall labor for $99. Having no idea how much dry wall can be fixed/replaced in 4 hours or what materials were needed, I requested that someone come out and let me know if what was needed (time and materials) to complete the job I had. The Just Do It office said no problem and I scheduled an appointment. The worker arrived on time but was not aware that he was only to provide an estimate. He was under the assumption that he was to do the work -- this was a subcontractor Just Do It uses in my area. It took about 20 minutes to clear up the miscommunication and the office explaining what is included in the "deal" and what isn't before the workman gave me  the estimates I asked for.
I scheduled another appointment to have the work done. In the meantime, I purchased the materials -- I didn't want someone who was skilled in fixing drywall to spend "labor time" going to and from Home Depot and then run out of time doing the actual work. The work was done well and mess was cleaned up.
So after a somewhat rocky start, I would use this company again. I would, however, suggest that the Just Do It scheduling office realize that some of us don't know the nuances of their business and work involved/allowed for jobs and to have a little more patience explaining why work requested is/is not a part of a deal.

"My wife and I hired California Smartscapes to complete a 100,000 plus landscaping job at our home in Bay Park. As you can tell by the photos it turned out amazing! In fact, it turned out better than we could have anticipated. The guys were very professional and their effort and work ethic was first class.
