"I own a number of properties in California And I was looking up for local company to remodel one of my homes I own in mission valley area , i wanted to renovate bathroom I was looking for a company who can take the job pretty quick within a reasonable price, I got couple of bids but no questions I went with them I felt comfortable , it was not the cheapest bid i got fir the job but i trusted Asi the owner He was not pushy , the price was reasonable , and even though English is not his first language , he made sure I understand all the steps of the process, and made sure we did a walk-through before we started the demo on the shower the workers were pretty cool Throughout , the communication was great , the girl in the office was nice and friendly alex the tile guy did a great job on the shower tile , also the plumber Josh Definitely recommend creations construction, and looking forward to continue my kitchen renovation with this team next month"

"We recently remodeled our master bath, and we chose King Remodeling for our prime contractor. We never regretted the choice. At the beginning, King gave us a proposal that demonstrated they clearly understood what the job was in detail. The scope for the project was clearly defined, and the costs were very reasonable. We had five estimates for the job, and King's was the best. However, in any remodel, getting a good initial quote is probably the easy part. The hard part is how well the contractor performs, how he handles changes, and what happens when problems arise (and problems will always arise). I've done a lot of subcontracting over the years, and very often by the end of the project the customer and the contractor can't wait to be rid of each other and probably aren't even talking to each other anymore. Not so with King. King Remodeling handled all of the remodel issues spectacularly. Their team consists of a number of high quality professionals who can do the full range of tasks necessary to complete a typical remodeling project (tiling, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, granite work, carpentry, etc, etc). Almost every single day, someone was there doing something, and their project manager (Corey) was totally on top of things. He would often answer my emails within 10 minutes of my sending them (even at 11:00 at night). I also liked how they didn't "nickel-and-dime" me on small things not in the original quote. When a window latch broke, there was no attempt to shift blame. They ordered a new part and replaced it without discussion. Same thing when a tile cracked. They ordered a replacement part (drove up to L.A. to pick it up) and replaced it without discussion. I would definitely use King Remodeling again on my next project."

"From drab to fabulous! Eco home Builders did a fantastic job on my main bathroom remodel. I'm a Real Estate Broker and have gone through countless remodels and contractors over the past two decades. Eden did a wonderful job managing the project. Always communicating and being available through the whole project was a huge plus. The contractors did an outstanding job and really paid attention to detail. A lot of large tile pieces went into this project, and I was in very impressed with their skill. We were also impressed with their cabinet maker who did a great job basically building a beautiful piece of art. The project basically went off without a flaw on time and on budget.
