"Francesco started with a deck replacement project and while they were working on the deck project, I added three other smaller projects and they still finished ahead of schedule. My projects included two decks and deck stairs replacement, garage door house frame repair, termite damaged wood wall replacement and indoor stairs vinyl replacing carpet. I was very happy with the results. Francesco was on site every day and very helpful in managing project specifics. I will use them again on future projects."

"I can’t say enough good things about Joel and his son from Green Light. I requested a quote and Joel was very upfront with me, he told me he was very busy but would come out in two days to take a look. True to his word, he showed up exactly when he said and provided the quote. The job involved repairing and replacing a significant amount of fascia and soffit boards on my house. Joel gave me a fair quote, and it was worth it to have the work done correctly. During the job he found a couple of additional issues and took the time to point them out and explain them to me. He showed me where a previous contractor had used recycled wood on my patio cover, which explained why that earlier repair didn’t last. Joel and his son showed up every single day right on time and worked hard. Joel is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy, and took the time to explain what was happening with my house throughout the process. I was very impressed with them and highly recommend Green Light and Joel!"

"They Were an Excellent Team of Workers!! It was Amazing to watch them Perform their Job!! It was like they read each other's minds, measuring, cutting and installing the Soffits on the 2 story House and the Garage, the ladders on the house scaffolding were straight up, these Guys flew right up, I loaned them 1 of my ladders and they created a mini scaffolding around the garage, Cleaning the Facia boards to the wood, and painted them Too, covered all the windows, The Motorhome after I moved it away! Very Professional Thank You Approved, done in 4 days !!!"

"Jeff did an excellent job. He was very professional; communicated well and matched the stain perfectly with our house. In addition, he upgraded to a fireproof door to meet building codes since this door is between the garage and family room. I highly recommend Jeff for any type of repair."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
