They also provided much helpful input regarding options, as my wife and I had it far from nailed down when we called them. The tile turned out great, and after a few months of use and the dropping of several large pieces of oak on it, it has held up with no cracks or other issues. They completed custom carpentry work of their own design to trim out all of the tile. It looks good and "fits" the character of the stove and tile perfectly. The installation of the stove and all associated items also went very well. The stove was installed perfectly in regard to location and orientation, it draws perfectly, and after several heavy rains, we have experienced leaks around the chimney. We couldn't be more pleased."

"Very good communication to arrange the quote and actual work, and they showed up on time.  The job started as basic wall and trim work, with no detail for closet and door work.  The price for that work was very competitive.  Upon seeing that work I added 3 additional walls and closet trim work (shelving, door jams, etc.) and the price escalated significantly, by more than double.  The ending price was the same had I hired a professional painter, versus Bostad, which is more of a handyman service.  While I like the work Bostad performed, for the final price, I would have preferred to go with a professional painter as they would have prepped the walls as necessary. <br />"
