A necessary modification needed to be performed after the install to prevent cold air from flowing into bathroom, which was done in a timely manner and rightfully at no charge. Two coats of stain were applied to the deck at a reasonable cost. The workers cleaned up after themselves sufficiently, were respectful and responsive to needs of owner. I would recommend contractor to others should they offer competitive bids first needed work."
