"John came in today on a holiday day to check my roof. He is a very honest man. He told me my roof is still good for another two years, and doesn’t need any repairs at this time. I highly recommend him for any roofing projects. Thank you John!"

"Anthony was awesome!! He did an amazing job!!! Roof looks great. Would recommend to everyone!!"

"They did a great job repairing the asphalt shingles on our roof."

"Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."

"I wanted to review FRS now, reporting on our early contacts. Phil responded quickly to our request for roof repair and replacement, and an appointment was set for the next day (today) with Mike. He was friendly, responsive and professional. He understood exactly what we need and offered several options for how to proceed. We easily came to an agreement, including a very good financing plan. I ll update my report once the work is done, but so far so good. We re very pleased."

"He arrived and knew what was to be repaired . It was replacing chingels on the roof . When he arrived he looked up and saw exactly the location of where the shingles came from . He's very knowledgeable! He went right to work . And was finished in no time . He did check other areas of the roof for me , thus was on the front main part of the house . I did question him that my husband had told me were going to have to have another roof done in the very near future . I had discussed this with crieg and he said no you don't. Your roof is in good condition right now , and you've still got some years to go here before that is to be done . It was a big relief to me to hear this . This man is very knowledgeable with his line of work , and I trust his judgment. I highly recommend him to anyone . Very friendly to talk with ."

"This roofing company exceeded my expectations. From the initial consultation to project completion, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was responsive, transparent about timelines and pricing, and delivered high-quality work. They took great care of the property and ensured everything was clean upon completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor."

"We had a water leak in the roof from near the chimney in the roof. We called Lifetime roofing and Kyle was very responsive and was able to schedule a repair before the next rain storm. Very professional and awesome to work and did an amazing job. He even called and checked post the next rain storm to make sure the fix is working. Would definitely use them again when its time to replace the roof."

"I have been in the Real Estate industry for 40+ years and regularly refer my clients to FRS for roof repairs and replacements. They are professional, timely, and cost efficient. I would highly recommend them for their services."

"These guys are fantastic! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences were excellent. Last year we had a major leak in a slanted part of our rubber roof. Fixed perfectly. No leaks again. This year we had other parts of our roof leaking (1870 house. Lots of roof pitches and types) they identified the issues, replaced two small roof areas on bays areas, replaced all the broken slate tiles and replaced very old and non-functional down spouts. Ramon and Wilson are kind, conscientious and very reasonable. Their services are highly recommended!!!!"
