"Fence Masters was an excellent company to work with. John was professional, courteous, and always encouraging me to call him if I had any concerns. I received the call that the fencing was in, I told John we were have party in 2 days . He assured me that they woulld be completed the work by then. In fact they finished early. When the fence was being installed there was a miscommunication on our part. I called John and he said he would be out to look at the problem, In the meantime, if his crew showed up to speak to DJ, I did and he was most helpful when i explained the situation to him. He showed me how he was going to resolve the problem and asked if I was satisfied, which I was. John showed up and I informed him that the problem was solved. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and clean up was great. From the first contact with Fence Masters to the completed work, this was the most plesant experience we have ever had. Great service and employees."

"Tomas Brothers did an excellent job of installing hardwood floors upstairs in three bedrooms and hallway. They performed the job in two days as scheduled. Their workers were courteous and professional. There was one mishap where floorboards slid out of the box denting the wall. I told Tomas Brothers and they promptly patched the wall. After the job was completed we noticed a chipped floorboard and missing door hinge pin. I called and they sent someone to fix the problems."

"Poor experience, resulting in rotten wood being put up, gates that did not close properly, and fence posts that were not evenly spaced. When we complained we were told we were difficult customers. They eventually fixed the rotten wood but the posts could not be fixed and were told it was our fault because we did not know to ask that fence posts be evenly spaced. (Silly us - we assumed they'd do it right the first time since this is their profession and we've never installed a fence before!)"

"I'll start this review by saying that to me, the "end result" is what counts most.  And Neale and his company produced exactly the custom look security fence I had envisioned.  This was a bit of an unusual request, because even though many people have iron bars welded over their A/C units for security, I needed two large, expensive (side by side) heat pumps protected.  Also, I felt a "security fence" would look better than just metal bars.  So here was my experience: After 1st calling and getting leaving a message with an assistant, it did take a few days but Neale called me back to set up an appointment to give an estimate.  He arrived right on time, took a look at the situation, and after a few minutes of brainstorming we were on exactly the same page in terms of design - and I liked how he sketched it out.  I also felt his quote was very reasonable (his was the 3rd estimate I had gotten).  And I don't know, there was just something about Neale, I could tell he had a *passion* for security fencing and "keeping crooks out" so to speak.  After getting my estimate in writing via email later that day, I put down my (1/3) deposit.  About a week later, after fabricating much of the fence in his shop, Neale and his team arrived and got to work fast.  I took them 2 days total, which was fine (day #1 they installed the fence posts and the concrete needed to set overnight).  Day# was most of the assembly,  welding and the paint job. Now, about 2 weeks later, I am extremely happy with the final result.  Very secure, and very sharp looking!  Even the gloss black paint job is very nice.  My neighbors have made several admiring comments over the past week also.  The only thing I could fault, if anything, would be if speed - is critical too you.Baltimore Wrought does seem like a busy company so don't be surprised if there is a week or so delay / backlog.  Also, they do prefer cash payment vs credit card.  (I did my deposit on credit card and paid the final 2/3 cash).  But  these minimal factors were not a big deal for me, because *high quality* work and to a lesser extent, total price, were all I really cared about - and these guys definitely delivered on both!  <br />"
