I watched all day and was impressed that no cut corners came into the job. They were very careful to do it right.The team of roofers were under a capable supervisor. They â flexedâ and put a little extra (material or labor) in, when something unexpected was discovered, or a slight customization to make the result better was called for. All the slate that came down was a huge mess of tiles, flakes and dust. They got that too. Iâ m going to use them again."

"The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."

Robert responded fast and provided honest review by telling me that my roof is coming to the end of the expected life but didn't push me to replace or repair right away. Additionaly he found cracks on my chimney that I was not expecting initially. I am happy to hire him to get the chimney fixed and potentially saved a lot of money for a fix down the road. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
