"We worked with Gary at Legacy Construction Company to replace the rear roof and siding on our upper floor, along with two windows, and are very pleased with the work he and his team did. The work is high quality (having survived multiple rainstorm and snowstorms at this point!), and the team was able to do it in a day once all the materials were ready, making our lives much easier. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them. All have said the projects are going as planned and they all are equally satisfied with FSBD"

"Wes did a fantastic job! He was honest, kind and respectful. He refinished (the walls) and painted just about the entirety of my 1.5 bedroom condo in under 5 days time. The place looks brand new. Wes was always friendly and on-time. At the end of everyday, he walked me through his progress asking that I carefully review for any corrections I might want him to make the following day. He always went over exactly exactly what he would be doing that day, to be certain it was exactly what I wanted. "Brian was great from start to finish. We hired him to completely demo our master bathroom and install a new tile shower, tile floor, new vanity, storage cabinet, toilet, etc. He finished on time and on budget. He showed up on time every day and even worked weekends so we could have a functioning bathroom as soon as possible. He was in constant communication with us and provided updates with his progress as well as discussing the best way to resolve any unforeseen issues. We also really liked Brian's approach to supplies and materials. We purchased the major items such as tile, vanity, countertop, toilet, fixtures, etc. For other basic building supplies, we purchased a type of contractor spending card from a big-box store that Brian could use to purchase everything else. Receipts were emailed directly to us. We are thrilled with the final results. Brian takes pride in everything he does, no matter how minor of a job it is. We plan on having Brian and BPD Construction back for a basement renovation later this year."
