"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."

"Gibson Roofing reroofed our home over 10 years ago and when a tree fell on our house during a winter ice storm, we knew who to call. Steve was there as soon as the weather allowed and got a tarp on our roof the day the tree was removed. It took weeks to get the insurance company to approve the claim but during that time, Steve sourced the materials so they were ready to go when we got the approval. The crews were fast, efficient and left the site pretty clean. The repaired section was blended into the existing roof so well that you couldn't tell where the repaired section stopped and started.
