"<p>The process went very smoothly from the first visit, when the owner Sue, came out to the house to get the gross measurements for the estimate.  Once that was done, an employee came out to do the actual measurements, the windows were ordered and then installed.  The installation took 8 days and a schedule was provided in advance of what work would be done on a given day. One framed in window cracked for an undetermined reason and the owner took responsibility without question, ordered a replacement and had the new window installed within 10 days.</p> <p>The work crew to care to cover the carpet with plastic and cleaned up at the end of each day.  The house is multi-level with 4 very large framed in windows.  The crew installed and did all exterior work without problems.</p> <p>After the work was completed, the owner came out again to review all of the work to ensure that it was completed to her and my satisfaction.  </p> <p>I highly recommend ABC Inc.  I found Sue to be extremely easy to work with, very professional, as was her crew.</p> <br />"
