"ABC windows scheduled someone to come take a look at the windows first and wrongly assumed I was okay with the contractor coming to my house when I am not home based on my address and the previous wishes of the customer who lived there prior to me. I had asked them to call me 30 min prior to them arriving so I could leave work in time to make it and was called to say the job was finished. Apparently I had left my front door unlocked on accident, which is my fault, but it was very disconcerting that someone I didn't know was in my home for hours without supervision. If my wife had been home at the time, she could have been scared and reacted with force. The work done on my home was quality work and I know mistakes happen, but I was not happy. To their credit, they apologized profusely for the mixup and gave me a small discount for the trouble. <br />"
