"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"An excellent experience from start to finish! I left a message with Quick Appliance for them to give me a quote for a dryer repair. Their friendly office person responded within the hour and had me a booked appointment for me within the next 48 hours (one bigger company I contacted had promised me 10 days!). The technician, Nohea, was on time and extremely polite, warm and professional in our home. While we decided that the problems with the dryer were too big to warrant repair, he was able to diagnose the problems and give me alternatives, including timelines and costs. As I say, my wife and I immediately decided to replace the dryer - and even then Nohea suggested some recommendations of where to buy new. I would not hesitate to recommend Quick Appliance to others. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Listen to the other reviews. These people are con artists. I?m in tears after speaking with Kristy at Mr. Appliance. We were misdiagnosed three separate times on our dishwasher. Each time we were told it was an ?easy fix? we could do ourselves. Every diagnosis was wrong, every repair they suggested was pointless, and they still charged us $160. We should have known when the plumber they supposedly partner with even says he refuses to recommend them because they are so bad. When we asked for someone qualified to finally diagnose it correctly, Kristy said we?d have to pay the $160 again?because my husband followed the instructions their tech gave him. How does that make any sense? We trusted their technician. We were misdiagnosed three times. And somehow we?re expected to pay for their mistakes twice and trust they?ll finally send someone competent? Kristy?s behavior was unbelievable. She was rude and dismissive. No empathy. No accountability. Just attitude. She said it was the own"
