He said he always wanted to estimate high and only charge what was required. He showed up a few minutes early and repaired the door without a problem. His actual charge was $75.

He also replaced 3 windows with a new patio door to the newly refinished deck which opened up our kitchen and improved the flow of the house. New exterior lights were installed on the deck as well. One day, Michael noticed a water leak inside our house and quickly jumped into action and replaced a broken pipe inside a wall that would likely have caused major damage had he not fixed it so quickly.
