"Customer service has been terrible, but the installers Austin and Yaku did a great job with the materials they were given. When the installers brought in the materials to replace our shower, they said that the wrong shower pan had been ordered. The shower pan they were given to install was for a shower with shower doors (lower/shallower shower pan). We were getting a shower curtain rod instead of shower doors, so the installers said we should have gotten a higher/taller shower pan. They installed it, and now every time we take a shower water goes on the floor even with an extra-long shower curtain liner. We have called Matt Rogers many times during February, March, and April 2024, and nothing has been done about installing the correct shower pan. Matt rarely returns our calls. We don't want dry rot on our bathroom floor. What does it take to make this right?!"

His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. I was very concerned that the flooring would have to be replaced, driving up the cost. Fortunately that was no problem! After several days my floors, walls, and cabinets were *completely* dry. I've been through water remediations in the past and I've never seen a more thorough or complete job. These folks use these amazing IR cameras and water sensors to literally pinpoint the spots that are still the tiniest bit damp and reposition the equipment in just the right spots to dry them out. When they left I was totally confident that my house was completely dry! Overall I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service that the entire San Diego Water Damage & Remediation Service team provided.
