We also ran into problems with the weather…the items not related to the door could not be done because of what can only be described as “monsoon season in Chattanooga”!! Scott was great throughout and rescheduled as needed with a smile. When work finally began there were a couple of hiccups but again Scott worked through them with a smile and never once had a problem. We actually increased the number of posts being replaced on the porch from one to four and he got a new quote and took care of it. Work completed on 3 October with one of those hiccups (a trim piece break on the installed door) being replaced. Again, Scott did the job with no issues and a smile throughout.
