"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"The work about is not what they did but siding is not included in the list. Seems they have blocked access to google reviews and now I know why. They did siding, soffits, flashing and caulking. They came back twice to fix their work, but the flashing and caulking are still incomplete. Workers urinated outside on site in front of my tenants. His worker lied straight to my face several times about the leaking flashing. Now I will pay another company to fix their work. Its not right! They have been promising for months to fix the work but no action. Rob Jr. is definitely NOT his Dad."

We set up a time that same day where the two guys came to my house, located and caught the squirrel, put it in a trap and took it with them. "I am not please with this company in multiple ways. But I will only address the management. Had my light switch replaced to newer white switches during kitchen remodel. Light were replaced, but the first day the switch was wired incorrectly. Mr Raul was very professional and replaced them and showed my son they worked but the same box was connected to my Reese light which were never turned on. So when I got home I turned on the Reese lighting and we heard a big boom. Of course I thought maybe the breaker went out and went to reset but the lights still didn't come on. So I sent a text to the team to inform them on the situation and asked Raul if he could send over a Master Electrician. The next Morning I received a call from Management they wouldn't be able to send someone out and it was technically my problem.
