"John and Chris did a fantastic job on the floors in our 124 year old home (a 1900 Victorian). Over the years, some shoddy repairs and replacements had been done and they worked hard to ensure the quality of the floors remained in-tact and to match the stain amongst different types of wood. John was open to our ideas and suggestions when we initally struggled with how to stain match them, but did an outstanding job mixing stains to get it done. We're so happy we went with them and would absolutely hire them again in the future!"

"Free, Emmanuel, and 2 others apart of Free's crew were fantastic. These men work with complete professionalism and do not finish until you are 100% satisfied. They always are friendly and ready to do the work, and do not cut corners. The price was unbelievable, we had our old Lakewood home done (every floor basically) the floor has not been exposed to hardwood in 40 years under carpet. These men made us feel like or home is beautiful again. The only negative thing I would say about this company was the management, Foremen. The foremen Kevin, was very rude when it came to a decision on when we had to pick stain for the wood. Also he never gave us a time on when he would send his crew out so we always had to be home. With both of us having full time jobs it was pretty hard to coordinate. If you can get Jah Life over Kevin as your foremen you will be in good shape."

"Joe and Mike installed hardwood floors throughout my first floor. They did a great job. Had to cut out and replace a board that had a small splinter which they did graciously. Also took the time to custom make a couple of trim pieces. I was a little dissatisfied that there were several marks on the floor which they said was residue from the rubber mallet and would easily wipe off but, not so. It takes a lot of elbow grease and time. Other than that, they were courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Qualities I did not find in some of the other installers I had out for estimates. I am a perfectionist and their customer service met my high expectations."

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"
