"He can be pretty busy, so you might have to wait a week or two, but the wait is well worth it. He doesn't overbook, so he comes when he says he will. He has done much work both when I was living in the house and after I moved 350 miles away and put it up for sale. I simply gave him the keycode for the house and let him do his thing. He phoned photos of what needed fixing, and "after" photos. At first I asked for estimates, and after hiring him several times, simply gave him the go-ahead and his billing was more than fair. I once overpaid him by paying an invoice twice, and he tore up a $900 dollar check and texted me to let me know. THAT'S HOW HONEST HE IS! I've bought faucets and lighting fixtures online and had them delivered to him (because my house was vacant) and he installed them for me rather than insisting on buying them himself (as most contractors would) and passing a markup along to me. I cannot possibly write a recommendation for him that is as strong as he deserves!
