"I couldn't be happier with the professional team that completed my home project. They excavated, poured concrete for the foundation, set the blocks for the mobile home, built 3 decks, hooked up water and sewer, ran new electrical service and installed gutters to include creating a drainage system. No matter how many curves the mobile home company threw on timelines, etc. Jared, Eli and Chris were on top of scheduling and moving their other projects around to accommodate mine. They did excellent, beautiful work and I canâ  t say enough about the quality of work they completed. They were a bit more expensive than the first contractor that I received a bid from but their scope of work was more in depth, including upgraded materials, making it more economical in the long run. I even received multiple comments from the mobile home company at every stage of the project about the crews exceptional work, to include their appreciation on how they always left the job site spotless and respected the work place. I canâ  t recommend United Property Improvement highly enough. They are amazing."

"Michael Carvalho did a fantastic job for me replacing an old gate and portion of fence that blew down. He privided the best design of the four contractors I consulted, which was creative and much superior in quality. He also used upgraded materials without being asked, sunk the support posts deeper, and used better fasteners in constructing my gate. He also responded quickly to a request I made after he had finished the job and returned to make a fix at no charge. He is creative at finding clever solutions to the small problems that crop up as any project proceeds. He’s also a very nice person. You won’t go wrong hiring him. "

He installed new sod for me in my whole backyard, as well as soil/mulch, and it looks beautiful!! He also installed more dirt in part of the yard to even out the ground, and planted new plants, as well as trimming all plants in the front and back, and mulching the front. My yards finally look finished now!! He walked through the entire process with me, kept in constant phone contact, gave me great pricing, and had all of this work done in a matter of days. He can handle anything and everything. Please contact him about any landscape project you have, no matter how large or small, and he and hus team will do a wonderful, professional job. "I REALLY appreciated that Gary the owner came out and looked at the project, listened to my vision, gave me recommendations, and took measurements at that visit. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up great when done. It took a few days just as expected and everyday I could not wait to get home and see the progress. They removed an out of control trumpet vine and an old waterfall feature (huge rocks). They removed sod, laid a lot of nice rock, and built me an awesome fence! I put in garden containers myself and followed advice form Gary, was very kind of him to make recommendations. Darcy in the office had her act together and invoicing was smooth."
