The communication was excellent. We talked over what I wanted and he made it happen. "Adam and crew are extremely cordial but lack sufficient tools to accomplish certain jobs. Job 1 install drywall on garage ceiling?did not have drywall jack and spent extra time to manually lift sheets to ceiling resulting in extra time and wanted compensation for the extra time. Second job was to assemble pre fabed stock shed. Did not fasten all panels completely on walls and roof. Again needed taller ladder but can?t unprepared even though I had a ladder that would have worked. Left the job starting he had spent enough time while leaving things not finished. Did not install flashing either. Wants more money to finish after he agreed to fixed quote which is how most contractors work. Not time and material based."

"Lonne built wonderful custom cabinets for us. My wife wanted a fancier than normal doors and he was able to find a supplier for them. The carpentry, drawer mechanisms, was top notch. Wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. He came over several times during the kitchen remodeling project making sure of the measurements and making sure he knew what exactly what we wanted."

"We purchased cabinets for our new kitchen and bathrooms from Larry and Angel Haynie of Big Larry Designs. I have contracted with multitude of vendors throughout my 35 years of general contracting and remodeling and have never felt compelled to write a bad review, this being my first bad review. Big Larry Designs & the Haynie’s are, by far, the worst vendor/owners I have ever done business with. That said, I do take some responsibility for the issues, as I broke my own #1 rule: NEVER, NEVER, EVER, pay a vendor in full for their product prior to delivery, especially when that product is delivered months out. A deposit is fine, full payment is a HUGE mistake. A full payment requirement puts the buyer at a distinct disadvantage when problems arise, and problems will arise. A paid in full vendor has no “skin in the game” to communicate, keep commitments, and solve issues."
