"Dean called me the same day that I sent an email. I asked if he'd be willing to come out and take a look at the house. We set up an appointment and he was right on time and the estimate was free. He took a look around the entire house inside and out, made some suggestions here and there and let me know the only thing that I absolutely should do was tuck pointing on the outside of the home to help with water coming into the basement. <br /> He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and didn't suggest anything that seemed trivial like some people might do to get extra work and money from someone. He really is a nice guy! <br /> I had a quote through email within a few days and we set a time and day for the tuck pointing to be completed. His worker was on time, very nice and did a great job. Thanks! I feel better knowing that the exterior is sealed and won't cause future problems in the winter so water can't get in and freeze. Dean even came after the job was done to inspect it and make sure it was done right. <br /> I will definitely hire Fair Repair for all my handyman needs in the future! I plan on keeping my home for many many years and will use them to make sure it is maintained properly. He also had the best hourly rates that I've heard of! Many handymen want $50-$100 just for an hour of work and if you have a medium sized project that can really hurt your wallet!
