They saw little things that needed to be repaired during their work that we did not initially anticipate, they fixed these at no cost."

They were very knowledgeable about my problem and gave me a very fair estimation on the repair. In less than a week my floor was fixed and beautiful again. The repair did not need a whole bucket of glue for 80$ so I was not charged for it and in this day and age every little bit helps.
