Exceptional,I would recommend this company with a A+++++.I had several companies come and give me quotes.When the Pelican representative came I could tell by his presentation ,he new his stuff.After further quotes from other companies I selected them.And I am so happy I did select them .They did a great job installing and making sure my fence looked great by being level on top and as close to the ground as possible.Sometimes that can be tricky if the ground is not level.The installer knew my concerns about the fence being level at the top and the bottom.And you know what, he met the challenge head on and conquered it.They also accommodated my timeline for installation. Installation team worked through challenges of a heavy rainstorm, and completed the job this morning with the two gates, rail fastenings, post caps and full wipe down. "We contacted Haas Quality Fence Friday 7/12/13, we found the company off of your Angie's List. Steve, that does the field work came out the next day and took measurements. Steve brought our fence out Wednesday 7/17/13 EARLY and started putting the fence up by himself and he completed the installation Sunday 7/21/13. Steve was very precise, perticular, informative and accurate , he used a level on each section on the fence so it would be straight since our house has a little hill where the fence is located. He kept us informed about what he was going to do and about the company and how the company works with quality materials and try to do it right the FIRST TIME. It was very very hot and it RAINED EVERYDAY but Steve was there working in the rain until maybe the lightning started and the downpour of rain made it inpossible for him to continue but he did not complain. He was always very polite and friendly and he got the job done in a reasonable time. My husband and I are very satisfied with the work that was done and with the worker Steve. We would always have this company do work for us if we need more fencing. As a matter of fact the fence looked so good while he was putting it up that people noticed and starting asking him for business !
