"Contacted TrueBlue on Saturday due to help with a shower knob replacement where the screw seemed to be a bit stripped - probably from previous owner. I couldn't unscrew it with any of my phillips-head screwdriver so tried to enlist some help. TrueBlue offered to have a tech come out and give an estimate the next day, Sunday. Despite being a weekend and just a few days after the hurricane, they showed up early and actually fixed my issue then and there in less than 10 minutes. Didn't charge anything although I was willing to pay. Giving 5 stars due to great communication, friendly and considerate technician, and prompt service. Would do business again, especially since the first "pro" who called me 1 minute after I listed the project did a no-show after we set a mutually agreeable time for an appointment on the same day."

I was getting an entire re-screen for my pool enclosure. The crew arrived on time, shook my hand and introduced themselves, and got right to work. These guys were amazing to watch. They were like a well trained baseball team...each with their own job and they knew what each was doing without having to look. Very respectable towards one another and to me. "Paul did an outstanding job for a reasonable price.  I like his products well.  I like that it is mounted to the 2x4s behind the wall leaving the floor space open.   Everything is adjustable and some of the units are interchangeable.  He maximized the space with his design and the closet was installed in less than a week!  He even searched for a bracket we needed to install a small laundry room rod.  I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to redo their closet. <br />"

"I do not know how anyone could give Sunburst less than a A rating based on my experience. Either the reviews are fake and made by shills for other companies, or they just plainly had an off day, but I don't see that happening. Clayton who gave us the estimate was informative, professional, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We were so confident in his presentation that we didn't even get another estimate, we knew we wanted Sunburst to do the job. We had quite a large job so it took about 5 weeks to get the shutters custom made and when it came time for installation everything went smooth. The installer showed up on time, worked clean, and was very courteous. I can without a doubt tell anyone that if you want quality materials and installation that this company is going to come through for you."
