"After the initial repair, the problem still persisted. The technician came back, re-diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and fixed it the following day. I was not charged for anything after the additional labor or part. Hartman's Appliance Repair's customer service representatives were excrllent."

"JR Quality Appliance Service gets five stars from us. Not only was our dish washer repaired and back in service, it was done so without an exorbitant bill for parts that were not needed. We were given tips and ideas for using the dishwasher correctly that we were not doing. We highly recommend their company."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Don is very knowledgeable of the appliances he works on. I trust his talent and opinions on what should be done to correct any problems with the appliance. He is the only appliance repair service that responded to my call within 24 hours. Any other one I tried would have a week or two wait time before they would come out. I found a new appliance repair guy in Don. I will without a doubt call Don should I need any other repairs."

"I have another repair where I am hiring the company again. That should speak for itself"

"Oven handle was broken. Tim Hrgchou performed the service of taking off the door, taking the door apart, and putting on a handle that I purchased from Ebay since the manufacture discontinued the handle. Tim was prompt, courteous, and clean. Would use him again."

"The entire process was top rate from start to finish. The lead Electrician/estimator was AWESOME ( Joseph Abedini ). He was professional, knowledgeable , honorable. He was unapologetic for the aggressive pricing of his company as he was proud of the product and service !! That said, for budget minded home owners, this is a very high end priced service so it will be incumbent for Mister Sparky to deliver the quality and service necessary to support the price structure or they will not get repeat business. On my project they did. And since it's only been one project I can only give them 3.5 stars on value"

"Caden arrived on time, professional and got everything completed quickly. I would not only recommend him, but use his services again."

"Edwin was very professional once I secured his services. He sent me an invoice right away. Great communication, he was on time. Did an excellent job. I will be contacting them in six months for another service. I wanna make sure my Dryer Vent is cleaned every six months."
