"I would give a 6 star review if I could. I called KG because I had an electrical issue that had nothing to do with my gate. My electrician couldn't figure out the problem so he told me to ask if it was the gate causing an electrical short. Josh came out & confirmed that all his equipment was working properly. Then my electrician comes back & asked to talk to Josh to figure it out. Josh answers his phone WHILE ON VACATION!!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere. It was a bad GFI outlet. KG Doors has been responsive since the installation May 2015"

The gate had fallen off the hinge and they not only replaced the hinge but added additional hinges to ensure the gate would function for years to come. Asked about a additional job for a back gate, but it was so late I told them they could come back when they have time. And not to mention that they were affordable and in the end, they did great work."
