Upon return, the floors had been installed and Reuben Jr prepared several stain samples to help us make a color selection and patiently answered all of questions. This was a huge help and in the end we couldn’t have been happier with the color we selected. The crew worked daily and kept us updated throughout. They finished on schedule & gave us excellent advice on how to maintain our new floors. After completion, Reuben has been back a few times to address minor issues.
