"Very clean and precise work very satisfied with my new floors and painting!!!"

"Very professional. Did a great job at a fair price. Have used them on several occasions for painting and power washing."

"Deans painting came to take care of a nearly full interior paint job. They painted walls, ceiling, trim, and closets. It was so nice to move in with a fresh clean paint job, and the work done was great. I would hire them again for future needs, or happily refer someone to them."

"I am very happy with the work that was done. Everyone was very professional and made quick work of the rooms I needed painted. I would hire them again."

"The first time it was $21,000, then we had them do some additional...they gave us an estimate, I think of around $6000 and honestly we haven't paid them because they haven't finished. They seemed very professional. I thought they would do an excellent job. They could match our color scheme. This is in a company that is warranted, life time paint, never have to paint again and if we do, we'll come out time and time again to do it. So the idea was great and we had been having to paint the brand new home every year. We were tired of that and they seemed like they could do a great job and the product seemed very good. We had them paint it the first time and we had room additions added and they painted that. It seemed very good and very professional. They painted some things that they shouldn't have like the windows, so it is hard to close them. Overall they did a decent job but then the last time they came out to do some repair work, they actually did some construction in addition to the painting and then they didn't match the paint colors correctly. They didn't finish the repair work, where they thought they might have finished it, it wasn't as it was before architecturally, aesthetically pleasing anymore. I had a punch out list and I said, this is all the punch out list that needs to be addressed. They said something about, okay they'll take care of it but they never scheduled a time or place to review the punch out list or to schedule to get them fixed. We have been calling and they've not been returning our calls. We thought they were out of business actually. Then last year all of our windows sills rotted and again, with the paint that wouldn't have happened. We replaced all of our windows. The window company actually reached out to Hoosier Permanent Coatings  and they are still in business as you probably found them in your system. They said well because we didn't pay them that last amount our, warranty is null and void. So we've been trying to call them, we leave messages and they don't call us back. If we talked to them maybe this thing can be settled."

"Mr. Barrera of pro Systems is super skilled.; an amazing job at a great price. After complaining to the BBB about their member Stellar Paint Co for 12 months and getting no response from Stellar, I went on line to Home Advisor. Pro Systems called me quickly, estimated the job of repainting the rear of my house, started at schedule today and finished today. Problem solved. Actually a pleasant experience. note: BBB tried to help by contactiong Stellar at least twice but to no avail. Thanks for the referral."

You have many options when it comes to hiring a professional painting contractor. Some people like to base this decision on price alone and hire whoever will do the work the cheapest, they sacrafice quality for a low price.\nOthers sometimes overpay for the quality they recieve, in other words they pay for more then they actually get in return.\nI started In Demand Painting with a lofty goal, I wanted my company to live up to it's name. I wanted to provide customers with the very best work around for a fair price, and in return I wanted to become their painting contractor of choice.\n\nI want my customers to understand that their home is normally the biggest investment they will ever make, and that a poor paint job not only looks bad but can actually damage their home. Unprotected surfaces can rot and fail, causing sometimes thousands of dollars worth of repairs. High quality paints and coatings applied in a proper manner can help prevent these types of damage, but many contractors skimp in these areas. They either use inferior or watered down products or they apply them in a manner which doesn't allow the product to perform properly.\nI take great pride in know that all paints and coatings applied by In Demand Painting meet or exceed the manufacturers specifications. This not only allows the paint and coatings to look their very best and to properly protect the surfaces they are applied to, but also makes the paint manufacturers warranty valid in case an issue should ever arise.\n\nI believe that every job no matter how big or how small is a direct reflection on my company. I believe that with every stroke of a paint brush I am showing the world just how much skill I posess as a painter and how much pride I take in my work.\n\nI believe strongly that if you give a customer a valuable service at a fair price that not only will they call you themselves when they have a project, but that they will also tell their friends and family about the great service and value they recieved. This is how In Demand Painting lives up to its name, and this is what makes us great.\n\nIn Demand Painting offers a full line of services, the same as most of our competitors, only we do them better.

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing
deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and
talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises.

"Jack did an amazing job in extremely challenging conditions. It was a big project and we were impressed with his continued attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. Turned out even better than we had anticipated."

"The employees at All Star Building Corp. were out standing they were on time and worked was done in a timely manner.
One of the things that I liked most about All Star Building Corp, was the way that they took note of a little play pool in the back yard and my dogs. I noticed that they went out of there way to control the mess when removing my old roof. I know that all contractors in this line of work try to do this, but these guys took it to a new level, I had to stop in at the house a few times while they were working they did not know I was there, but I noticed that they were going out of their way to be sure that none of the old roof or nails fell in the back yard. Now I did not ask them to do this, don't even think that I said any thing about my dogs, that is what made me notice. They were just doing all they could to keep everything contained. When they were done my son and I did a very thorough inspection of the yard for the safety of the dogs and found no shingles or nails any where.
The fact is they did a great job on all the work they had to do and also cared enough to take the extra steps to not put my dogs at risk. This meant a lot to me.
More companies should be like this."
