We bought the house fairly recently and did not know where the clean out door was for that chimney. Sean was very patient and thorough in checking out the crawlspace beneath the house (no clean out door there!) and kept looking until he found it in a cut out in the wall in a room behind the kitchen and did the cleaning. He then inspected the main chimney for the oil furnace and said that it did not need cleaning at this time. He was on time, knowledgeable, informative, and cleaned up thoroughly."
