"The whole precess went very smoothly. Brian O'Neill from Viola Roofing came out (this was Fall 2018), went up on the roof, and gave me the best (lowest) estimate of the three contractors I called. He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! It's now been a year and the roof is holding up great and looks great too. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again the next time I need a contractor."

"We had a water leak in the roof from near the chimney in the roof. We called Lifetime roofing and Kyle was very responsive and was able to schedule a repair before the next rain storm. Very professional and awesome to work and did an amazing job. He even called and checked post the next rain storm to make sure the fix is working. "Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. "He’s good. I like him. He’s a personable guy. I don’t think he got our message right away. That was the only delay I think I ever experienced with him. I left a message twice. I wanted quotes from both professional organizations and just from a handyman because I wanted to see the difference. Everything was really good. He was responsive and showed up on time. He’s a good guy to talk to and he knew what he was talking about. He communicated well, letting us know that he didn’t forget about us, that he’s just working on it. I got the quote a day or two after he sent an e-mail. He’s great to work with. The process is a little bit different versus professional companies. I would call him again to get a quote on a project."
