"Absolutely delighted with the work from Absolute Floors. The team did a superb job installing our new flooring, and the finished result is better than we expected. They were professional, punctual, and very friendly throughout the process. We appreciated how carefully they prepared the area and how much attention they gave to the finishing details. Everything was completed efficiently without compromising on quality. They also cleaned up after themselves, leaving the room looking fantastic. The whole process was straightforward, and communication was excellent. It is obvious that Absolute Floors takes pride in their work. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great flooring services."

"Fantastic. I can't say enough about Ed and his installers. From the very beginning Ed has been patient through multiple iterations of the work needed done. As well as completely clear as the best way to achieve it. He never tried to oversell the project, in fact, he always was looking for ways to save us money. When it came time to finally install the flooring, which he allowed me to purchase myself and not through him, unlike some other vendors I got quotes from, his installers came on time when they said they would, were polite, professional, clean and efficient. They let us know ever step of the way if there was something that we should know or consider during the installation process so it was 100% to our liking and satisfaction. When finished they cleaned up after themselves, explain the best way to maintain the floors and answered any questions we had. We are completely pleased with the end product! I would hire Ed and New Coverings for any and all floor, stair installation without hesitating."

"They did a great job installing the vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards. They were true professionals. I highly recommend them for any of your home improvement needs. They do it all!"

"The Titan guys are truly professional in all senses of the word. also Kind and considerate. Definitely calling them again to help me with any flooring I need."

"Great experience! I love the floors, T&T were super responsive and worked with me to get the desired result I was looking for. Also, they were an exceptional value."

"Manny and his terrific team installed hardwood in our living room addition. Everyone comments on how seamless the room is between the old and new room, and this is due to the gorgeous floors they created by adding, sanding and finishing. Just beautiful!"

"During the estimate, this was the only company that expected the chimney on the roof as well as the attic. Provided an estimate on the spot and it was less than there competitors. On the day of the repair, I was called and told the crew was on their way with an estimated time of arrival. The crew was respectful of our home, finished the job in the time frame they anticipated, and cleaned up beautifully. I would not hesitate in hiring this company again! They were excellent!"

"I had a couple of issues that the Eagle HS Improvement's crew addressed in a prompt, professional and honorable manner. I had a fieldstone foundation as well as a fieldstone bulkhead cellar access that needed work. The fieldstone bulkhead was replaced and they also took care of a cracked poured concrete back porch - as the fieldstones that were originally supporting that had literally rolled out. When they took care of the bulkhead and replaced it with a poured concrete foundation, they also extended that under the back porch to support it! The cellar door inside the bulkhead was also updated. Further, they added support to the back porch roof by making the existing supports more sturdy! The fieldstone cellar walls were patched, built up and smoothed out both inside and out leaving a much more desired professional result! They also kindly accomplished the rearranging of material around the cellar to allow them access to the walls. I was very pleased with their work!"

"I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."

"Very professional and highly detail oriented. Great customer relations and follow up on work performed. They are my choice going forward for their services they can provide."
