I appreciated his help with narrowing the flooring choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. I kept changing my mind about which direction to lay the flooring, so when it was delivered, Eric helped lay out a box of the flooring so I could get a better idea of how it would look overall, very nice. Dan, the installer was also professional and did a great job. I particularly liked the job done cutting the bottom of the door frames to slip the flooring underneath. Looks like it was just meant to be that way. Since the name of his showroom is Floors and More, I asked if he did counter tops too. He worked with Andrew Shubin at Pro Granite to order the quartz for the kitchen and find remnants for the baths which helped keep the cost down. Very pleased all the way around. I plan to have him install carpet in the near future and possibly replace the tile around the fireplace."
