As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

"We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"I received about 5 estimates for a new metal roof at our primary residence - from the get-go, Victor (sales), was very courteous; knowledgeable and professional. After providing us with an estimate, he followed up with a visit with the owner of the company, Carlos - Carlos was totally a subject matter expert on roofing, especially on our requirement for a metal roof - he provided us the perfect recommendations on the type of metal roof we need and gutters. Based on their competitive price point, we signed a contract on that second visit. Both, my wife and I agree that our choice in Premier was based on our confidence in Carlos and Victor delivering - there was no pressure; just solid details on product; delivery; dates and installation. "Had a metal roof installed and 2 skylights replaced. We didn't give them much lead-time and needed the work to be done by a certain date. Once Cint committed to the job, everything was done professionally and before the due date. I though we might have to cosmetically cover an area around the new skylight but Jesus finished it off very attractively. When the work was done, all we had to do was admire our new roof and skylights. We are thankful for the work done and would highly recommend Metropolitan Roofing."
