"I contacted 5 roofers including Above The Rest Roofing. They all told me I had a pitch of less than a 2 on 12 and had no choice but a flat roof application for my roof. Kelly at Above The Rest roofing told me I could have any roof I want because her technician who came to measure my roof reported back to Kelly that it was a 2 on 12 pitch. I told her I was confused as to why she was the only roofer who measured a 2 on 12. She then came to my house personally to measure and she said I definitely have a 2 on 12 pitch. I was so confused as to why all 4 other roofers disagreed with her. Kelly then sent another person in the area that she has trust in and he reported back that I had a 2 on 12 pitch. I was so confused because the other 4 roofers told me 2 on 12 pitch. Two of those roofers have been in business for more than 35 years. Finally Kelly wrote a letter and made some calls to the Miami Dade County Building and Compliance Dept. explaining the situation and they sent an inspector from the Trade Inspectors Section out to my house to measure my roof. I was here when he measured and I was thrilled beyond belief when after he measured the pitch on my roof he looked at me and said "you have a 2 on 12 pitch roof. You can put any roof application on that you desire." Kelly had the confidence in her knowledge of roofing to be tenacious and not give up on my project. She knew I was very confused and found a solution to the problem which gave me the reassurance I needed to trust in her and commit to signing on with her to do my new roof. I am so happy. You can not imagine how confused I was. I have signed a contract with Above The Rest Roofing to install insulation and a beautiful new grey tile roof sometime in the next month as I travel for business and want to be here when the work is taking place. Kelly always returns my calls and everyone who has come to the house or I deal with on the phone has been polite, well informed, helpful and punctual. I highly recommend Above the Rest Roofing. "All went very well. Michael was extremely responsive in providing a quote quickly and doing the work on a vowel aggressive schedule that he fit in with his other ongoing jobs. He was prompt, responsive and did a great job painting our newly installed window trim and some very old baseboards and door trim. I recommend Five Star!"

"The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."

"We hired Travis who was highly recommend by our insurance agent to do our wind mitigation. He found that the straps was not up to snuff. So he offered to add the nails witch he would include the inspection we originally had scheduled and the re- inspection for 850. We called around to see if a contractor would give us a better deal. The best we got was 1000$ and did not include the inspection. We Still thought it was a lot until we found out the amount we saved by adding the nail was 775$ . We immediately called him out and he was done with in one days time. We just want to say what a help he was. By far best inspection company ever."
