"Overall, I am very satisfied with my downstairs bathroom remodel. They demoed, rebuilt and and re-tiled the shower, removed and re-tiled the space as well as custom installed a vanity and sink in a very challenging space. Jimmy Jr. was very responsive from beginning to end and responded and fixed some quality control issues when their was a little miscommunication. I wanted to finish the drywall and paint to save a little and they worked with me though the drywall installation was a bit rough and took a bit of effort to mud and tape. They were prompt and worked hard. We had some surprises revealed after demo that required upwards adjustment of the price and they were fairly reasonable in negotiating this. Jimmy Jr works hard and fast as the project manager."

The main bathroom they took out the tub converted to shower only all new tile to ceiling, new floor, shower doors.Second shower new floor, walls, tile to the ceiling. New fixtures in both. They came out beautiful!! Today they put in my new counter top in the kitchen. I absolutely love all the work that this company has done for me. Thank you Josh & Shawn for making sure that every thing came out perfect. Your teams came in all were so nice and professional. And knew what was happening in each step. "Mike is great to work with and Mastercraft cabinets are nice for the price. However, the contractor Mike works with, Ryan, was not as easy to work with. The project took three weeks longer than the maximum time quoted, and on multiple occasions we were told work would be done and no one showed. We also had to have work redone multiple times because it was not done right, or very well, the first time. Remodels are hard, but it turned out to be so much more of a headache than it needed to be."

"Candace is knowledgeable with superb communication skills. This was a major project for the home. 3 bathrooms remodels, painting and cabinet work. The workmanship by Gios is brilliant. I had 5 bids and JP was competitive, but the primary selling point for me was professionalism , communication, and she was not pushy. She educated me on the process and set realistic expectations. Where others contractors were using lower quality materials and cutting corners to reduce estimates. she explained in great detail why the additional repairs were needed and the warranty benefits of the higher quality paint. The project went smoothly. Cost for the project was accurate. The quality of Gios work is simply beautiful. On the final walk through, Candace was sensitive to the smallest details that I did not even notice. The finished project exceeded my expectations.
