"During our first discussion, Russ provided deep insights into how he handles hardwood floor installation, things to consider in terms of vendors and how he separates himself from his competition. After our first discussion, I knew he was the right person to work with. He was very prompt in addressing my multiple questions prior to and during the project. Early on we spoke about timing, when it would be completed and he did not disappoint hitting the mark. Russ and his team were very professional, providing me daily updates of the status, what they would be handling the following day etc. The most important thing, the floor looks great. I will be recommending RJM Flooring to anyone that is in need of flooring installation."

"Sue went above and beyond to find an installer to complete my job in a very tight time period. Installer was professional, friendly and fixed my carpeting on a Sunday morning. Would absolutely utilize again! Thank you Sue!"

"We replaced 3 rooms and a high-traffic hallway with LVT, and I couldn't be happier with the product as well as the installation process. Milton and his assistant hit our property at 8:40 and except for one 20 minute lunch break, did not stop until 7:00 PM. They were courteous and respectful of our home and us! I couldn't be happier with my new flooring and how easily this project came together."

"Steve and his crew did an amazing job laying my luxury vinyl flooring and I am very thankful for the great service they provided. Everyone loves it. They are my top choice for all my friends and family and I would highly recommend them to them"

"Jerry did an all-around very good job. He communicated very well throughout the job (8 days, 2.5 weeks). He installed the new light/exhaust fan as well as wired them separately to the switches expertly. The rooms had not been painted in over 30 years but Jerry was able to make the rooms look like new. The work was overall was very good and his customer service skills were excellent. We are looking forward to using his services in the future."

"While they did nice work initially they never finished the floor. They are not responding now. Since I paid in full I guess they don?t care."

"Alex and his team did an outstanding job! Alex answered all of our questions during the first visit and provided us with detailed instructions of what will be done for the vinyl fence installation.  He was gracious and patient when we had more questions. Alex and his team completed the job in one day. Their services included cutting down two trees that were on the fence line, removing the old metal fence and installing our brand new vinyl fence which looks great! Thank you Alex and team, looking forward to doing future projects with you."

"We got vinyl flooring in our kitchen and the entrance to our basement. As well as carpeting done in the rest of the basement. Both installations work great and were done in a timely fashion. Our sales rep Michelle was fantastic and very helpful."

"Had a great experience with this company! They were professional and knowledgeable and provided with satisfactory answers to all of my questions. Highly recommend them!"

"What a nice company to work with! Always on time, stuck to their quote and were done ahead of scheduled time! They handled everything for us and gave options along the way when necessary. I felt they were fair and more importantly just overall friendly and easy to work with, not to mention their work was top notch! They handled everything and finished our 1600+ sq ft basement with a full bathroom from start to finish. We showed them two photos from Pinterest of carpentry work and it came out looking exactly like it. They even cleaned up nicely when they were all finished. Highly recommend this company---nice work, on time and fairly priced service!!"
