Grout is clean again. Also pressure washed the cement walkway and asphalt driveway, and I knew he had done this before since he swept the gravel first. The bonus was on after everything was clean, he took the job of hauling away the bulk junk I was clearing out from storage. Truly a one-man-band that can run the whole show! As a property manager for multiple units, I will definitely be reaching out to Dane and PCCM for upcoming projects. It was a total relief to be able to work all day in my office and not have to worry about hired shady characters on my property. I felt totally safe leaving my door open with Dane around.
