The WR had been delivered by Amazon and installed in the basement, but it was still inside a box and was sitting on top of a wooden pallet. Bart and his assistant slid the WR off the pallet and removed the packaging. They set up the WR in the location I wanted, and they had all the appropriate professional equipment needed for the installation and their safety. After they completed the installation, they cleaned the area, removed the packaging and took it with them for disposal. In addition, they took my other 25-bottle wine cooler up from the basement to another room on the first floor of my house. Bart and his assistant was very professional, on time and their price was very reasonable. "

I have submitted all the documents from the insurance company, that has all my contact information, and after they've reviewed the documents they called and said that they couldn't do the job because, they would not make a profit out of the project and they don't do the work despite me having the extra money for the project. After speaking with Christina, the receptionist, Phil whom I believe is the owner of the company got on the phone and stated that do I expect him to do **** work for free, and so I hanged up, and he called right back cursing and so I hanged up on him again, then he called the 3rd, afraid that he would curse me again, so I never answered the phone anymore."
