"The floor is beautiful, but is much more fragile than we imagined. We knew we couldn't power wash it, but the floor chips if we drop anything on it, including a small garden tool. I have repaired many chipped spots. The company came and looked at it, but said that that is the way the floor is. They offered to put another coat of sealant on at our cost (at least $600). The buyer just needs to be aware that this floor is easily damaged, and the warranty doesn't cover much."

The epoxy coating on the parameter foundation blocks and the concrete step to the house ads a perfect touch to the new clean look.
