"My car was trapped inside my garage. I called Champion and Rob, the owner, came out the next morning (Saturday). He said the gears were stripped in my garage door opener, and he could repair it or replace it. The garage door opener (Craftsman) was at least 15 yrs old, so I choose to replace it. Rob said he could have a tech out Monday morning. Rob showed me how to lift garage door, and I choose to park my car outside until Monday. Chris, the lead technician, called Monday, to let me know he was on his way. He asked if I had any questions. He replaced the garage door opener (Liftmaster), tuned up and lubricated the garage door, showed me how to operate everything, and how to maintain my garage door. Everything was completed in approx. 90 min. Rob and Chris were both very professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will call them again when I need a garage door tune-up."

"Good service, but VERY EXPENSIVE! I scheduled the service online to replace a broken spring on my 8yo dual garage door. Got an appointment right away for Mon (8a-10a). They confirmed the appointment via txt msg. On the day of the arrival, they sent a name & photo of the tech that was on his way to fix the garage door. Really nice and professional guy, Alex. He inspected the garage door, and gave me an estimate of $1245 to basically replace all removable parts (bearings, cables, springs, etc.) I decided not to move forward with it, and I was ready to pay mandatory $85 for his visit, but he revised the estimate to just replace the two springs along with center and end bearings for $869, which I thought was still high based on market research. I needed to get the door fixed due to upcoming travel, so I agreed to it. It took Alex 30 mins to complete the work. They accept checks and credit cards, but there is an additional 3% charge for credit cards! To give you an idea of total costs: I paid 2 x $345 for two springs: PDS 250x39 - 1-3/4" ID LHW SP Green Powder Coated High Cycle Torsion Spring; $37 for Center Bearing; and 2 x $71 for two End Bearing Plate 12 ga. Also, to replace 12 roller wheels on my single garage door (to reduce noise) the estimate was $245, but I didn't go for it. I would highly recommend getting a couple of quotes over the phone before having them come over, so you are not on the hook for $85 mandatory charge."
