So we called Matthew Pickett, he came over the very next day, explained what was wrong, why it was dangerous to not replace our furnace, was patient with explaining all our options/costs/etc. And then he and his team were able to come over THE VERY NEXT DAY to install our furnace so we didn't have to be cold for long as winter weather was FAST approaching. Matthew and his wife even offered us there own personal space heaters should we need them. Overall, Matthew and his team gave us great service, fast service, and for an amazing price.
