"They have done a good job, but have mowed over a bush or two and have hit my trees, but overall a good fast job. Big negative is first or second time mowing had left the gate not latched properly so my 10 year old dog, blind Lab mix got out. Never got her back and assume died in the woods behind me. I left a message advising of the issue and to remember the gate was latched and locked. I was a bit surprised I never got acknowledgement or an apology. I have continued to use them as I understand it was an accident, but would have been good business practice to acknowledge the mistake and maybe not bill me for that cutting."
