As might be expected, there were a few "twist and turns" as the project went along, but that was no surprise and all developments were addressed meeting or exceeding our expectations. Our desinger (including the initial process) was exceptional to the very end. The project Manager was very accomodating and flexible. The installer did great work and was a pleasure to work with. Our pets even watched for him to show up each day. It was really nice having one person assigned exclusively to our project. Jericho's resources and expertise were of considerable value and probably allowed for the project to be finished sooner than other options. The new baths look great and we are very happy with the final result!
