I called and talked to Sean Nadeau, one of the principals in the company.and he promptly sent a detailed proposal including the workmanâ s Compensation & General Liability insurance certificates. I then called and spoke to Darby Sullivan, office manager and she was very patient while we finalized the contract. Scott â s Roofing arrived on time, stripped and replaced the roof in the most professional way. Kevin, an on-site supervisor was present. Sean also arrived mid morning to check on the progress. The crew worked very hard and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome of the roof installation. "Having reached out to several roofing contractors I found the initial team (Steve quoted the job and Mark who is the owner) to be knowledgeable, extremely professional and competitive with the price. After signing the agreement I was assigned a representative (I was in contact with Paul) and he kept me updated on the timing of shingle delivery, dumpster and when the crew would be onsite to work. The work was completed within the timeframe they quoted and was done well. The roof looks great and they made sure the area around the house was left spotless without bits of shingles or nails. I would definitely hire them again and feel comfortable recommending them as a quality roofing company."
