"After two failed General Contractors I brought Rez Electric on-board to add a screened-in porch on the third level of my home. Rob and his Team immediately and showed me problems with the new build as well as the existing structure. Due to exceptionally poor workmanship on both the new and original structure, it took almost two years and a lot of money to complete the renovations. Rob and his Team were diligent, provided high-quality work and NEVER GAVE UP! At the end of the day, Rez Electric practically rebuilt our home including, but not necessarily limited to, framing, all new windows and doors (including sliders), all new siding (cement board), new front and rear porches and a new patio, new flat roof-top decks, new lighting, millwork, whole-home generator, dry-wall work and painting (interior & exterior) - plus an awesome screened in porch (the original project!). Rob also coordinate the addition of gutters, landscaping and fencing. He remained in constant contact, initiated and returned phone-calls, emails and texts. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. It would not be possible without the help from Mr. Haas."
