"Two painters arrived on time on Friday and worked all day and did the priming and partially broke up the hearth, with a chisel and a hammer. Personally I think it would have been easier on them if they had used a hammer drill. Two more painters arrived on time on Sat. and did the rest of the hearth, finished painting and did the trim. They did a very professional job on time and on budget and I would use them again.

"Jeff contacted me by phone 30 minutes prior to his arrival, as promised.  He was polite with good interpersonal skills.  We walked around the house for him to understand what was expected and concerns.  He stated while he was on the roof repairing the gutters that he would conduct an inspection whether other areas may need attention.  After completing the gutter seam reseal, I was shown photos of the gutter seams he repaired as well as other areas on the roof that should be repaired.  After viewing the photos, I agreed to have the work recommended.  When he completed the task he mentioned several times that I should not have any leaks for the next 12 months; if I did to contact USA Gutterpros and they would make it right.  I would recommend USA Gutterpros.

"Installation was awesome and fast. Very good job done by techs. Now, the bad. After the project was complete the sales people continue to call to drum up more business. We have asked them to stop calling several times. To this day they still call and last time I threatened them with a harassment law suit. It was a good thing until the phones calls constantly came in. Then they don't know what they are talking about, we mentioned a roof they said they would send someone but this company doesn't do roofs in our area. Stop calling,,,,,,Do not take deal sales person offers, we turned it down and the manager called and knocked $2500 off service. Hold out!!!"

"Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."

"I found Sky Home Improvements through Angie's List, and gave them a call.  They returned my call the next day and were prompt in getting to my home to assess the problem and give me an estimate. Dan went up on the roof and took pictures that he showed me to help me understand what was causing the roof to leak and what needed to be done to fix it.  Along with the estimate, Dan gave me a folder which contained Job References, copy of his Contracting License, and a copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance. The following day Dan and Chuck were back and fixed the roof.  They arrived on time, and after they finished the repair, took time to explain again what was done.  Dan and Chuck were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely call on their expertise for any roofing work that needs to be done in the future."
