Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didn’t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I can’t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didn’t treat my house as “just the next job”. They catered to my house’s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"Pretty darn smooth! On the day they scheduled to start, they were here at 7:50 a.m., and on my roof by 8 a.m. They had a crew of five and kept hard at it for several days until complete and cleaned up (they also did a basic clean up at the end of each day prior). There was a price adjustment upon confirmation of additional plywood required, but it was reasonable and discussed in advance during the estimate. The gutter crew showed up the next day after the roof was finished and removed old / installed new seamless gutters with additional downspouts for proper drainage. I'm happy with the work performed and the price paid."

"Installation was awesome and fast. Very good job done by techs. Now, the bad. After the project was complete the sales people continue to call to drum up more business. We have asked them to stop calling several times. To this day they still call and last time I threatened them with a harassment law suit. It was a good thing until the phones calls constantly came in. Then they don't know what they are talking about, we mentioned a roof they said they would send someone but this company doesn't do roofs in our area. Stop calling,,,,,,Do not take deal sales person offers, we turned it down and the manager called and knocked $2500 off service. Hold out!!!"

"Everything was done very well; removal of old sunroom materials, installation of new wall and roof over additional roof area. All wood work was very well done, installation of new glass and new structural roof! All done well. Exception was the new roof! Here the interfacing of new roof with existing roof was not done well. All the construction was completed at end - literally in last week of 2015; all seemed well for first winter of 2016, then in spring of 2016 the roof began leaking at or near the interface of new with the existing roof. I called Mr. Bart Scesney, the Senior Design Consultant , overseeing the project and reported the leak. He promised a fix. Then through the summer of 2016 the leak seemed to resolve itself but with return of winter the roof leaked through the winter of 2016 -2017. I called Mr. Scesney again and again received a promise of a repair; nothing happened. Again in winter of 2017-2018 leaks occurred, again I called with the same null response. Finally in the fall of 2018 I sent an email to Mr. Scesney with a copy to the President of TRS, Mr. Joe Henley. Again a promise of a repair but no response. Thus, this complaint to Angie's list and the same to the Better Business Bureau. Next will be a formal legal proceeding to sue the company for the cost of an urgent repair. Really hate to take this action because all other aspects of the work was so well done. But I must stop the leak; I have a cathedral ceiling and as a result a leak comes directly into my home."

"Walls Construction and Handyman Service gave me a fair estimate for the project.  The crew showed up at the agreed time and started work promptly.  The porch was completed on time and at the quoted price.  The crew was very professional and cleaned up after the work was complete.  I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and the professionalism of this company."
