"Resnick Roofing was great. I went to their office, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I set an appointment for them to come see the section of my roof in need of repair so they could give me an estimate. I received a thank you a day or two later in the US mail for allowing them to visit my home. My project involved a special order skylight from Denmark because the flashing from my old skylight is no longer made. They completed the bulk of job in 1 day . They returned twice to match and install the interior trim on the skylight . After I received and paid bill , I received another thank you , this one came from the email of the president of the company. I could not be more pleased."

"I had some of those fake vinyl shutters on my home that I have always hated since we bought the place, especially when they would fly off of the house in a wind storm. The final straw occurred several months back when one of them flew off and punched a whole in the vinyl siding of my garage. After that it was time for them to go. I called around looking for someone to take on the job of removing the shutters and repairing the damage they had caused, but because it wasn't a full house siding replacement no one wanted to take it. I also submitted this work to Angie's List, but again got replies back that the work was too small for them to take on, except for the response I got from Jacob at New Look. Jacob was not only willing to look but came out within a day or two if my memory serves right. He reviewed the things I was concerned with and pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed. He gave us a fair bid for the work that needed to be done and was able to get the correct siding for my house fairly quickly. As I write this the work was completed yesterday by Carlos on his crew, who did a great job. You can't even tell I had shutters in those spots except for a negligible color difference due to years of sun exposure on the existing siding. I think by the end of summer I probably won't even be able to notice that. All in all I appreciate them coming out to take on this small time job that finally ended the shutter nightmare I've been having for the past few years. I would definitely hire them again."
