"Excellent experience! Home Care is a very professional business and our concerns were handled courteously and promptly. An appointment for a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior of the chimney was arranged shortly after our first call. The compromised part of the chimney was protected with a tarpaulin which was attached so securely that it remained in place during this winter's high winds. Mr. Atchley met with us to discuss the problems. He presented options, listened to our preferences, and made additional recommendations. We received a detailed estimate shortly afterwards. The work was started on schedule and the work crew arrived on time each day, so we never had to wait for their arrival. The crew cleaned up each day, respecting our home and property through the removal of our old chimney and fireplace and installation of the new materials. We were kept informed during the process so we were always aware of the progress of the work and what would be done the next day. Our rebuilt chimney is of superior craftsmanship to the original. The new gas fireplace and tile surround looks amazing and is the focal point of our living room. Our house is warmer and quieter as a result of this project. The staff did not provide the information I asked for subsequently for replacement/ repair of the problem (bad). I will likely replace unit due to high cost of repair/ obsolete refrigerant which is driving prices up and the fact current units are more energy efficient. I called them twice after the recharge. They did not call me back with the information I asked for, so I will use someone else to replace my air conditioner."

I contacted Easy Home Improvement via their website and Gasper was out in two days to give me an estimate. He was professional and did not try to upsell me for anything. Gave me a written estimate/contract electronically which I signed that day. The team came out and did the job. They were very professional and took great care to not damage my property (e.g., tarps, hose off roof, not clean mortar bucket in lawn, etc) and cleaned up after. I was given an electronic paid receipt and pictures of the finished job as I have a two story house. Not sure how long the crown will last but I would reccomend this company to my friends."
