I rated him generously, but 1-star for the company failing to disclose they quadrupled the cost (doubled the retail price) of the panel. I had another panel replaced 2 years prior and they were upfront about the $ 500-panel price. This time they waited till the guy was at my house before they told me the same panel is now over $1000. When I asked why the price was double what I paid last time, Josh called to check. He has told that Sierra Pacific the manufacturer raised the price, this is a complete lie. If you search for the price of a 10 fafco panel, they are still $500. The company more than doubled the price of the panel and then asked me if the price was okay after their tech was already at my house. I wish I would have looked up the price before calling them. I just assumed they would be the same price as before. This was not the case. I will be purchasing my own panels from now on and bypassing their price gouging."
